Introduction

Delivering products and services defines the methods that companies use to produce and deliver the goods and services that they provide to their customers. Various business processes are required for an enterprise to deliver products and services that meet customer satisfaction. Through an integrated process the value-added objection is managed.

Course Objectives

Understand how to integrate systems, approaches, and strategies to make the transition from concept to product and from customer expectation to product delivery. This module also covers the integrated planning and control of all resources and business processes in the supply chain required to deliver products and services to customers.

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in SCM, standard 10 or have obtained the certificate in Supply Chain Management.
