ENTERPRISE CONCEPTS AND FUNDAMENTALS

Introduction

The organization and processes chosen by the enterprise should be consistent with its overall strategy to fully achieve the enterprise’s goals. Consequently the enterprise requires individuals who are effective cross- functional teams members and who understand the business processes of the organization and its partners.

Target Group

This certification program is beneficial for Project Managers, Team Leaders, Aspiring Managers, Operation Staff, Consultants, Management, or other Professionals seeking to improve their decision-making abilities.

Course Objectives

To obtain an understanding of strategies and roles of the cross-functional enterprise, the management concepts of organization design and structure, the basic business processes that will be covered in the CIRM curriculum, and four basic support functions of quality, human resources, finance and accounting, and information systems.

Duration

5 Days / 30 Hours

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in SCM, standard 10 or have obtained the certificate in Supply Chain Management.
