Introduction

Demand is the statement of the needs in the market place. For an enterprise to flourish it must be able to understand, define and quantify customer requirements.

Course Objectives

Understand the strategies and tactics that identify define and quantify customer wants and needs and teaches how to translate these into requirements for value-added products and services to be delivered by and organization. This module also provides information on how to integrate marketing and sales, increase customer demand, and improve field service, market research, competitive analysis, pricing and supplier relationships.

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in SCM, standard 10 or have obtained the certificate in Supply Chain Management.
