Introduction

The Integrated enterprise management candidate needs an understanding of the skills required to align the functions and members of the enterprise with the goals of the enterprise.

Target Group

This certification program is beneficial for project managers, team leaders, aspiring managers, operation staff, consultants, management or other professionals seeking to improve their decision-making abilities.

Course Objectives

Understand the relationships and interactions of functional groups working toward a common goal. It also explores business strategies, aids in assessing strategic decisions, management practices and the effects of new technologies to gain a greater understanding of the importance of the team perspective in today’s organization.

Duration

5 Days / 30 Hours

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 5 years in SCM, standard 10 or have obtained the certificate in Supply Chain Management.
